Ingredients 

  • 50 g spelt kernels raw weight
  • 80 g sweet potatoes
  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • 40 g salat
  • 50 g avocado
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp creme fraiche 5%
  • 80 g edamame beans
  • 80 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g hot-smoked salmon
  • 100 g mango
  • 80 g chickpeas cooked/from a can

Instructions 

  • Cook the spelt kernels according to the instructions on the package.
  • Bake the sweet potatoes with a little oil in the oven at 200°C until they are tender.
  • Arrange the salad at the bottom of a bowl.
  • Make a guacamole by mixing avocado, garlic, and creme fraiche.
  • Arrange the remaining ingredients on top of the salad in small portions.

Tip

  • You can vary the dish with the leftovers you have in the fridge, such as chicken and other vegetables.
