
Retro porridge
This recipe meets the Whole Grain Logo requirements.
Ingredients
- 60 g 5-grain blend or oats
- 2 1/2 dl water
- 1 apple
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almonds
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Place the 5-grain blend/oats into a pot with water, grated apple, cinnamon, and salt. Cook while stirring until it reaches a suitable consistency.

- Serve the warm porridge with chopped almonds and fresh apple slices on top.
