
Green toast with goat cheese
This recipe doesn't meet the whole grain logo standards. Sometimes, when lunch needs to be quick, a toast can be a good solution. This toast has a twist with kale, sun-dried tomatoes, and goat cheese. The perfect crispy bite.
Ingredients
- 4 slice whole grain logo-marked toast bread
- 1 dl chopped fresh kale or spinach
- 4 slice goat cheese
- 1 tbsp pesto parsley or basil
- 6 pcs sun-dried tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- The kale is washed and chopped.
- On two of the toast slices, spread the chopped kale and goat cheese.
- Spread pesto on the other two slices of toast, then assemble the two toasts.
- Preheat the toaster and place the toasts inside. Toast to your desired level. Enjoy!
