Overnight oats with chia and berries

Prepare your breakfast the night before, and you'll thank yourself the next day. Overnight oats are a great way to get a good portion of whole grains, and you can vary with berries, nuts, seeds, and fruit.

Ingredients 

  • 35 g oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds, or possibly seeds
  • 50 g yoghurt naturel
  • 50 g milk
  • 1/2 Apple, finely chopped
  • 1 a small handful of raspberries
  • 10 walnuts or almonds

Instructions 

  • Stir the oats and chia seeds together with yogurt and milk. Place in a glass or another container and let sit in the fridge overnight.
  • The next morning, rinse the apples and raspberries. Finely chop the apples and walnuts, then top your oatmeal, and it's ready to eat.
  • Tip: Overnight oats can last a couple of days in the fridge.
