
Whole grain toast bread
A mild and delicious toast bread for the whole family. Perfect for sandwiches or for breakfast. The bread meets the whole grain logo.
Ingredients
- 8 g yeast
- 600 g cold water hen cold
- 10 g salt
- 470 g White wheat Whole wheat flour
- 300 g wheat flour
Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast and salt in the water.
- Add the flour and knead the dough thoroughly for about 10 minutes on a mixer at medium speed.
- Once the dough has come together and become elastic, place it in a loaf pan. You can use parchment paper if needed.
- Now cover the pan and place it in the fridge to rise for 8-10 hours.
Baking
- Bake the bread at 180°C for about 1 hour. You can check the bread with a meat thermometer. It should be 99°C in the center to be fully baked.
