
Ingredients
- 150 g dark rye bread
- 90 g Coarsely rolled oats about 3 dl
- 50 g cracked buckwheat
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds 20 grams
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 50 g raisins
Instructions
- The rye bread is grated and mixed with oats, buckwheat, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and vanilla sugar.
- The muesli is dry roasted in a pan for 2-3 minutes until it turns golden. Afterward, let it cool and add the raisins.
Serving
- The toasted muesli is served as a topping on fermented dairy products.
Tip
- The muesli can be toasted in the oven on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Remember to stir the mixture occasionally. Store it in a dry place, such as in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
